Troubleshoots and repairs high speed filling and packaging equipment in a timely, safe and efficient manner. Maintains equipment maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with SOP and cGMP guidelines. Completes necessary Corrective and Preventative Work Orders. Perform set-ups or changeovers of equipment as necessary for production schedule. Advises supervision of tools, materials and parts needed to maintain production equipment. Works closely with Maintenance and Operations personnel in attaining production goals and objectives. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Work Schedule is Saturday night through Wednesday night (11:00 pm - 7:30 am). Job Requirements  High School Education or its equivalent. Minimum five (5) yrs maintenance experience maintaining production equipment. Must be able to demonstrate a strong mechanical ability from past experience or testing. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision is required. A thorough working knowledge of Machine Shop equipment, hand/power tools, basic electronic measuring equipment and blue print/schematic reading would be a plus. Must be willing to work 11:00 pm - 7:30 am Saturday - Wednesday. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as necessary. Work shift and/or days may change in the future due to 24/6 business requirements. Percent Travel Required 0%
