Design real world scenarios for database configuration, data protection and recovery, performance and stress testing
Design and execute test cases for testing of database data protection and recovery scenarios
Track and manage the testing progress
Create detailed Modification Requests (reports of “bugs” found) and work with software developers to track down and solve the problems found.
Required Skills:
Middle to Senior level Database Admin or software engineer who has strong skill on database products like Oracle, Oracle RAC, SAP Oracle, Sybase, MYSQL, Documentum, DB2, etc
Hand-on experience on one or more than one UNIX platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP) and configurations (Volume Manager, Cluster)
Software Testing experience is plus
Bachelor degree and above from Computer Science or other related engineering field
Working permit
Good communication skill
Experience as leader is plus
