Position Description Train Route Relievers in all aspects of route operational activity, including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations. Communicate with all Independent Operators to assist them in understanding the expectations of the customer and consumer. Assist account team in communicating promotional activity, delivery expectations and growth opportunities where BBU represents our Independent Operators as their agent. Assist management in ensuring that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with contract terms and requirements. Assist with accounts and customers relations to include selling of new products, chain relations, and space/position gains. Solicit potential new business and perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Market BBU as leader in the baking business to assist in recruiting new Independent Operator owners or assist Route Relievers, Inc. in recruiting new Route Relievers where needed. Position Requirements High School diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred. Previous DSD operations experience. Previous experience working in an IO environment preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Valid Drivers license Ability to handle confidential information with complete integrity Job Function: Sales Department: Sales - Management Education: High School Diploma/GED Experience: None
