Vice President Product Management & Business Development

Seeking experienced product development leader to work closely with our customers who manufacture their products with our ingredients.

Shall lead research team to develop new ingredients and reconfigure use of established ingredients to meet the objectives of large scale manufacturing needs; coordinate pilot plant product development, scale up and ultimately bring into full scale production; and, negotiate long term production agreements and partnerships.

Requires a proven leader who can develop partnerships with C-Level Executives, coordinate, build consensus and drive multidisciplinary teams from concept through production.

This is a highly visible challenging executive position for a driven executive with consumer products ingredients industry experience. Excellent compensation and perquisites package.
