Director Biostatistics

The Director, Biostatistics will demonstrate excellence in statistical skills across multiple areas of pharmaceutical biostatistics, with specialized expertise in some areas, together with broad understanding and experience of the clinical development process. Primary responsibilities include: interacting with internal/external stakeholders primarily through technically demanding studies; leading problem solving with an enterprise-wide perspective: facilitating teams to identify biostatistics issues and propose solutions; and acting as a mentor and coach to team members.  A MS degree in Biostatistics or related discipline plus at least 8 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry/CRO environment is required. A PhD is highly preferred.  The successful candidate will demonstrate solid interpersonal and organization skills in team settings and have experience with Regulatory submissions. Prior line management experience is preferred.
