IT101, Inc. is looking for passionate, driven, sales professionals who want to earn a generous compensation plan that matches their performance.

Must be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record.

Information Technology consulting sales to include temporary consultant staffing, Right-to-Hire, and Permanent Placement.

Demonstrate a sincere understanding of what it means to be client-driven!

3-5 years experience in IT staffing or project-based sales.
 
+ Ability to bring existing client relationships to your forecast.

+ Proven ability to exceed sales quotas.
 
+ Ability and desire to hunt, qualify, execute, and close opportunities.
 
+ Strong communication skills. (Verbal, written, and presentation)
 
+ Having your own database / file of IT professionals is a plus!
 
+ Generating relationships with new clients by prospecting, cold calling and having in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives to identify specific staffing needs.
 
+ Work with recruiters to identify and present suitable qualified candidates for each staffing requirement.
 
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but candidates with consistent outstanding performance in this field will be considered.
