Capital Projects Management Engineer - Power Plants

Seeking 4 + years experience managing power plant capital projects from retrofits to new generation projects.

Shall develop cost estimates, justify projects, prepare specifications, award contracts for equipment and construction services, manage engineering and construction contracts, oversee construction, coordinate startup and testing activities, and exercise project control.

Requires experience negotiating with and obtaining capacity approvals from PJM Interconnect.
