Position Description BASIC PURPOSE/SCOPE: Responsibilities enclude ensuring the consistent production of a high quality product in a bread and roll facility while incorporating safety and sanitation standards. Through leadership and support of IPM initiatives, the supervisor is charged with mananging culture in a team-based environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will be challenged with controlling production costs and downtime, monitoring production and finished products, and communicating with employees. Position Requirements Principal Accountabilities: * Review and input dough and wrap schedules into quality system to obtain optimum shift productivity. * Generate reports through quality system to measure daily production performance to plant goals. Review conformance reports to ensure employees are adhearing to standard operating procedures. * Coordinate schedule with sales and shipping departments and adjust orders accordingly to maintain a constant production flow. * Drive quality improvement and process waste elimination initiatives through functional team leadership. * Report accurate counts to office staff for tracking labor, waste and damaged product on a daily basis. * Ensure production line are adequately staff with qualified employees to complete each schedule order. * Comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations as well as Plant rules and Company policies.
