Case Manager II (CSS) Req Number: CSS09-018 Department: Childrens School Services Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day shift Hours: 40 hrs/wk / 8:00 am - 4:30 pm / Monday - Friday Job Details: Minimum Education/Experience: RN MSN preferred or extensive clinical experience in Case Management. Current certification in Case Manaement (CCM) preferred. Five (5) years related and progressive experience in case management. Previous experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: pediatrics, program/project development, utilization management clinical pathways and leaderships. Position requires a District of Columbia RN license.
