Case Manager II (ERP$$$) Req Number: CSS09-009 Department: Childrens School Services Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day shift Hours: 40 hrs/wk / Monday - Friday Job Details: Minimum Education/Experience: RN MSN preferred or extensive clinical experience in case management. Current certification in case management preferred; current certification in specialty area preferred. Five years experience with at least 3 in a pediatric setting. Previous experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: case management, designated/pediatric specialty, program/project development, utilization management, critical pathways, and leadership
