Position Description: Responsibilities include: . Assignments include planning and coordinating the flow of information with the client, preparing complex tax returns, mentor staff, reviewing work papers and tax returns, reviewing tax provisions on audit and review engagements, researching and resolving technical issues, and participating in the billing and collection process. . Recognizes opportunities for providing additional services to clients. Markets technical specialty or expertise to clients. . Supervising preparation of and reviews income tax returns. This position has significant responsibility in the professional development of staff members. . Reviewing tax provisions on audit and review engagements. . Preparing complex tax returns. . Performing tax planning and research, and resolves complex tax issues. Giving recommendations to clients. . Conducting internal training courses or seminars on areas of expertise . Maintaining regular contact with assigned clients. Developing a good relationship through personal attention, timeliness of service, and saving advice. Position Requirements: . Bachelors degree in Accounting . Must have 3-8 years of recent public accounting experience supervising and reviewing income tax engagements . CPA required . Excellent organizational and project management skills. . Outstanding communication skills . Experience with FAS 109 provision a plus
