Clients range from local government and non-profit organizations to small and medium-sized for-profit corporations. Our clients operate in a wide array of industries, ranging from farming to retail sales. Responsibilities will range from audit and attest services to tax return preparation to management advisory services. All employees have the opportunity to diversify skills or specialize in any of the above. Travel is required, but is limited to trips usually no longer than three consecutive days, and most travel occurs locally. Salary is based on experience. There is also a discretionary annual bonus. A benefit package is included, including full health coverage and a profit-sharing plan, as well as generous vacation and sick leave policies.
