Posted Date: 5/11/2009 Recruiter: Latish Salian Apply for this job: Your application choices are: * Apply for this jobonline * Send your resume as an attachment viae-mail * Refer someone you know More information about this job: Overview: Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: Knowledge transfer from existing resource for the transactional database design, PL/SQL scripts, Informatica ETL, Java application code, Candidate will be assigned production application bug/defects and own their resolution through production implementation Candidate will be assigned new development requirements and own their implementation through production release following the system release schedule Analyze business partner requirements and assess impact to: Existing database design Existing ETL design Production data Suggest technical implementation alternatives to business partner requirements Ask clarification questions to business partners to determine best technical implementation Develop PL/SQL scripts, Informatica mapping changes, as well as Java code to implement new functionality Learn the Savvion BPMS platform to be able to maintain current daemon/service functionality, as well as develop application functionality, i.e. workflow, java, ajax Maintain documentation for database design and Informatica ETL for each release of the application Qualifications: Must have: • 10+ years designing & architecting transactional database systems • 5+ years developing scripts for Informatica Extract Transform Load platform • 10+ years working with Oracle databases, PL/SQL • 7+ years developing applications in Java, jsp • 5+ years developing using agile development methodologies • 5+ years working directly with business users for requirements clarification • Able to work in a dynamic environment and able to handle multiple development tasks concurrently • Self managed • Quick learner • Excellent communications skills written and oral • Solid HTML javascript, web design skills
