Heres an exciting opportunity to join a growth-oriented company in shaping the future of networking The wireless Network Advanced Architecture Design Dept. is to conduct advanced wireless network architecture research in various services driven wireless broadband technologies areas, such as new flat wireless network architecture, FMC network architecture, wireless network evolution Responsibilities: * 1. InvestigatingLTE and all IP based BTS architectureand architecture-related technologies in industrial * 2. Identifying new networking services and studying the critical technologies for such services, researching the influence on BTS architecture * 3. Researching onBTS architecture evolution, plan the BTS solution for wireless broadband services. * 4. Researching on applyingIP technologies such as multicast or IP router protocol need to be added to LTE base stationetc, or * 5. Researching onflat wireless base station function, which features should be added to the bastion * 6. Identifying potential cooperative requirement with universities or other researching bodies, starting and oversighting the cooperation effort * 7. Making regular or event-driven reports on LTE BTS architecture, technology progress and impact analysis to current and future products. * 8. US marketing supporting, RFI/RFP response and technical clarification, technical support with our customers. Taking Part in E2E wireless network solution annual plan, responsible for BTS architecture, Promoting advanced technologies to corporate marketing, product and technology teams and supporting product teams implementing the technologies. Qualifications: * 1. A Ph. D or Master of Engineering degree on science/engineering with 6 or more years experience on wireless and IP technologies researching or engineering. * 2. Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:LTE architecture and protocol, base station, Gateway, IP technologies. * 3. Established contacts with the well-know researching bodies and industry on this area and keep good company with them, such as universities. Standard group. * 4. Active participation in one or more of the academic or engineering conference in this area or relevant areas, or has access to academic resource in this regard. * 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skill Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and adaptability.
