They are currently recruiting for a Programmer Analyst -- Application Support to join their team. Responsibilities: - Serves as first line of technical support to prevent, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems and customer inquiries. - Coding for maintenance of existing systems. - Coding of new systems. - Support for third-party package system integration. - Adhere to incident and problem management processes. - Provide on-call support for designated applications. - Performs unit testing and integrated system testing. - Performs data analysis as it pertains to testing scenarios and problem troubleshooting. - Adhere to Standardized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with levels that meet or exceed company support expectations. - Ensure the compatibility of all applications with the technical infrastructure. - Provide reliable estimates for tasks and activities under his/her control. - Provides day to day user support to help diagnose encountered system problems and determine the needed corrective actions. - Serve as backup for Computer Operators. Job Requirements: - Bachelors in Computer Science or related field, or Associates Degree with equivalent experience. - 1-2 years of work experience in ASP.net, XML, C#.net. - 1-2 years of work experience in CSS. - 1-2 years of work experience with IIS. - Working knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server. - Experience with SQL Server queries and stored procedures. Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is preferred. - Experience with Visual Source Safe. - An understanding of object oriented design and programming. - Adept at computer system project management techniques. - Strong oral and written communication.
