Business Development Manager Greenbelt,MD Must have experience in successfully identifying and winning task orders under DOD and Civilian Agency ID/IQ contracts, and particularly with USACE, NAVFAC and GSA Contracts. Must have BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Architecture and 10 years experience with Federal Government Agencies. Possess ability to solicit qualified bid/proposal opportunities as well as manage and execute proposal development process that leads to securing new business. Ability to target new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
