Contract to hire position. This position will definitely go PERMANENT. In a tough economy, this is what you are looking for. Serious Applies only. 2. An in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and Business Team
Qualifications:
· · At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
· · Experience with Account Management is a big plus.
· · PMP or equivalent is highly desired.
· · Significant knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
· · Full SDLC experience.
· · Significant previous experience with Sales Force Automation.
Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
· Fulfillment services for the Pharmaceutical Industry (example: for shipping samples, etc...)
· Drug Sample Accountability (example: having worked in a Home Office Sample Accountability Department)
· Experience Deploying Internet Based Systems
· · Experience with web-based reporting is desirable
· · Previous experience dealing with Vendor Management Systems is a big plus.
· · Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
The candidate’s first responsibility will be to manage the implementation of new systems that will help to ensure compliance with new State regulations, which limit the amount of spending on physicians that is allowed. This will be done for each client. Afterwards, the employee will assume the traditional role of being assigned specific clients, with whom he/she will manage the installation of Sales Force systems and services. This is detailed more specifically below:
· Define, Document and approve Configuration requirements.
· Develop cost estimates.
· Develop delivery dates and project plans.
· Manage the configuration, testing and QC of software modifications.
· Create & distribute field communications on software deployments
· Manage the creation of Training documentation and QC.
· Arrange logistics for training (instructors, facilitators, facilities, documentation duplication, etc).
· Coordinate support services: Help Desk, Asset Management.
· Develop triage and escalation process for field issues.
· Manage requests for enhancements: documentation, cost estimates, approvals, target dates, configuration, testing, QC, training, deployment and Help Desk support.
· Close out of departing reps (laptops).
· New Hire Training & equipment - loading of territory information.
· Realignments.
· Data Exports to other vendors like IMS.
· Field sales force expansions.
· Coordinate and track purchase of hardware like Glare Screens, hubs, mice, etc.
· Drive development of metrics and goals.
· Dashboard Requirements.
· Manage configuration, testing, documentation, training and deployment.
Shift is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. This position will report to the Director of IT Business Solutions.
