QC Business Analyst

Summary
The QC Business Analyst defines and executes SOP's for quality control and manages the communication approval process. The SOP includes the coordination and execution, for new client set up and the associated Communication sample validation and testing procedures

The job function will involve the development of new campaign QC plans (including SQL coding) and execution of ongoing quality control measures.  This will require day to day interaction with the account teams as well creative services teams and customer service representatives


Duties and Responsibilities
•  Execute the review and approval of Campaign QC to agreed to specifications/control plan
•  Assist in data investigations and program inquiries relating to campaigns
•  Ability to work with cross-functional team to refine requirements and resolve issues.  This includes reviewing requirements and analysis.
•  Participate in the development of New Campaign QC Plans (QA Requirement Document & associated QA control plans). This includes writing SQL for QA validation where required
•  Execute QC PlansChecklists using a combination of QC Reports and the results of SQL queries run against campaign tables
•  Additional Communication Support (as required)
•  Validate communication, client requested exclusions and campaign criteria.
•  Modify automated Excel QC reports for review (format columns, total counts)
•  Execute validation via online customer service application


Requirements
•  Minimum of three years of experience as Analyst or Programmer Analyst.
•  Strong analytical skills, customer relationship, Quality Assurance and testing.
•  Computer experience – Ms Windows, Office, Access, SQL, Visio, TSO/ISPF required.
•  Direct Marketing experience or target marketing experience is a plus.
•  Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced degree in healthcare; business administration; or computer science is highly desirable.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with creative ideas and innovative solutions is preferred.
•  Previous healthcare, pharmaceutical or managed care experience strongly desired.
•  Some travel  25%.
