Responsibilities: * Develops and provides students with an approved DeVry University syllabus that follows a template established by the local campus which includes the terminal course objectives, assignment/examination dates, and the course grading policy. . * Organizes, prepares, and regularly revises and update all course materials. * Uses appropriate options for online teaching technologies and course-related software, including websites, e-mail, and online discussions for preparing the course and making it accessible to students. * Models effective oral and written communication that engages the students, provides clarity, and improves student learning.. * Ensures that the content and level of the material included on exams corresponds to the course terminal objectives. * Demonstrates consistency and fairness in the preparation and grading of exams, and provides timely feedback to students. Course Description: BMET Courses include: Technology Integration 1; Introduction to Bioengineering with Lab; Biomedical Instrumentation Systems with Lab. In this program, students apply and integrate biology, computer programming, mathematics and electronics and computer engineering technology concepts.
