Project Manager (Construction Manager) Job ID: 9996 Location: DC - Washington Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Previous Page Responsibilities In support of the Secure Border Initiative Tactical Infrastructure Program, the Construction Manager (CM) will oversee the implementation of the processes that will result in a total solution to changing operating environments. CM will advise on design constraints, considerations, as well as budgets. Provide experienced level engineering subject matter expertise, providing the government with the capability to correctly evaluate details of the System Prime's solution set. Expertise shall be exercised through technical analysis and developing technical papers/briefings, and performance predictions. Qualifications Experience with USACE and/or GSA desired and Flag Officer experience not required but recognized as a plus. The CM should have Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years experience in construction management and accomplishments appropriate to the discipline. The CM should have demonstrably strong experience managing and overseeing the successful implementation of proven, disciplined processes resulting in a total solution that is robust to changing technical, production, and operating environments, adaptive to the needs of the user, and balanced among the multiple requirements, design considerations, design constraints, and program budgets.
