Attorney - Employee Benefits

Law firm with offices throughout Central New York has an immediate need for an associate with 2 to 5 years of quality employee benefits experience, with specific experience in both corporate transactional and regulatory matters, to serve an expanding practice group. Candidates must also have experience in qualified plans, non-qualified pension plans and welfare benefits as well as excellent academic credentials, superior writing ability, maturity and good communication skills.
Experience with other forms of executive compensation is a plus. LL.M. in taxation is desired.
