Excellent Communication skills, Persistent & Patient, Meticulous and detail oriented. Strong analytical skills, Ability to understand business processes and business problems Job Summary: * Role & Responsibilities / Tasks: Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential Client Leads and directs the work of the Business Development Team Responsible for increasing penetration in the public/government sector. Responsible for showcasing company capabilities to prospective customers. Responsible for Validating the Identified prospects within public/government sector. Prepare and Execute sales strategies for the qualifying leads. Responsible for closing deals till the signing of Service level agreements. Communicating with prospective clients and setting their Expectations at the right level. Strategizing, planning and managing the goals of the Business Development team.
