Systems Administrator

Addition to STAFF - GROWTH opportunity.

Job Duties:
*Performs system software installations, system software maintenance and product upgrades.
*Expertise in Linux (Red Hat or SuSe), systems administration, including configuration, troubleshooting and automation.
*Install and Administer Weblogic, Citrix Xen Virtual Server, Apache TomCat. Oracle 10.x+++
*Administer, install, and monitor XenCenter 5.0.
*Must be familiar with SAN concepts, DNS, NFS, TCP/IP networks and general troubleshooting.
*Designs, develops, recommends and implements new or revised system software, utilities and automated processes as necessary.
*Provide life-cycle support and enhancements as required for production and development system environments.
*Develop and implements appropriate levels of system security processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field experience (preferable).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of IT system engineering experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for user and management interaction.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Flexibility to be on call and ability to support the application when needed.

Required Experience
- Experience supporting multiple operating systems (Linux, UNIX, and windows), weblogic, apache, and oracle.
- Basic Scripting knowledge is required.
- Understanding of data storage concepts and backup/disaster recovery.
- Fire wall configuration and management.

Pluses:
Microsoft Dynamic CRM; Visual Basic, HTML or any other programming experience.
