Junior .NET Developer

One of SGAs major financial clients is looking for a Junior .NET Developer for a full time position in New York, NY.Candidate be working with the team to implement and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM application as well as develop new applications mainly in .NET with some potential work in J2EE. This is a dynamic environment with multiple projects running concurrently and users across asset classes and regions. They will Implement and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, Aid in design and development of new applications, Maintain existing applications and perform small/medium enhancements and work with Sr. developers on the team to build up technical abilities and professional skills Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science 1-3 years of application development experience using Object Oriented Design and application design patterns C# and ASP.NET development experience on both .NET 3.0 and .NET 3.5 with strong WCF and WF skills Strong web application development skills using HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON 1+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and data persistence and retrieval service/component development 1+ years of experience in web services (SOAP) development and XML, XSD processing Experience in working with either RUP or Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies and knowledge of software development `best practices such as Test Driven Development Experience with at least one version control product VSS, CVS, Perforce or ClearCase Beneficial Skills: Experience with enterprise-scale web applications in a .NET/IIS environment Experience in documenting detailed technical specification using UML as well being able to translate the same into concrete implementation Experience leveraging open source development tools (such as Spring .NET, NUnit, CruiseControl.Net, NCover, MSBuild, NAnt, FxCop) Experience with creating rich charts using Flex Experience in SharePoint 2007 development and SQL Server SSAS, SSRS, SSIS is a plus Experience in with Java/J2EE application development Experience in reporting tools such as Crystal and Business Objects Microsoft .NET Certification (MCAD/MCSD)
