Job Duties:
Supervise vendors responsible for day-to-day voice operations, symposium operations, IVR operations, teleconferencing and invoicing. Help to design Sunoco Voice infrastructure plans for future. Manage implementation project of Call Pilot voicemail systems. Opportunity to learn and assist on Cisco data networking equipment. Manage voice circuits (for multiple vendors) moves, adds and deletions as well as invoicing verification and dispute resolution.

Nortel TDM or VOIP, SIP Trunking, IVR, Symposium, Octel, Call Pilot Experience, Cisco
