Senior Application Developer - Ruby MySQL

We are currently seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails lead system engineer to join our development team here at JobCircle.com.  We are continually looking to create new products and features that enrich and complement JobCircle.com.  We are are looking for 2 years of Ruby experience or a minimum of 2 or more Ruby development projects as a lead developer.  However we may be flexible with those requirements for the right person.

In addition to Rails experience you must have excellent knowledge of supporting web technologies including Javascript, HTML, CSS, and the MySQL database or a leading RDBMS.

You need a demonstrated track record of successfully leading small teams of software engineers and designers. It is essential that youre comfortable managing all aspects of a software projects life cycle, from requirements gathering to operational
deployment.

Any requirements gathering, systems analysis and design, project management, systems administration, and experience with server virtualization are a plus.
