CNC Lathe Machinist

Need someone with strong lathe experience, prefer Hass. This person should have the ability to read a print and to program, set up and operate the machine. They just got a new Hass TL-15. Ability to work in a job shop environment doing change overs, set ups, adjustments and first piece inspections to blueprints. These guys do approx 250 parts per day.
Qualified candidate must have experience in the following areas:
Setup and operation of CNC Lathes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
We run Haas TL-15 lathes.  We have first shift only 7-3:30.  I am looking for someone who can take a drawing, pull up a program, set up the job, and run the job.  They will also need to read blueprints, use measuring equipment and be able to adapt to a job shop environment.
