MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY:
Project Management Experience-min 3yrs
Nortel TDM or VOIP, SIP Trunking, IVR, Symposium, Octel, Call Pilot Experience-min 2 yrs
Cisco Experience
Supervise vendors responsible for day to day voice operations, symposium operations, IVR operations, teleconferencing and invoicing. Help to design Voice infrastructure plans for future. Manage implementation project of Call Pilot voicemail systems. Opportunity to learn and assist on Cisco data networking equipment. Manage voice circuits (for multiple vendors) moves, adds and deletions as well as invoicing verification and dispute resolution.
