We are currently looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our team at our Islandia, NY location. The Retail Channel Account Manager for North America will be responsible for developing and executing CAs Retail Channel Sales Strategy for Platinum and Gold Accounts in the United States and will report directly to the Senior Director of Worldwide Sales. This experienced Manager will have a working relationship with many of CAs key accounts and prospects and possess working relationships with CAs desired distribution network. The Retail Channel Account Manager will be responsible for retiring the quota and working with CA GSO, Legal, Marketing and Sales management on implementing business plans for each customer. The Retail Channel Account Manager will work with CA Marketing and our customers/prospects to negotiate programs with Promotional and Contra Revenue spend in line with budget expectations and be measured on annual performance targets tied to expanding the business, retiring assigned quota, meeting expected site visit goals and keeping within approved spend targets. The ideal candidate will have: . 4 year university degree, preferably in a business field . At least 8 years of sales and sales management experience of Consumer Software, Computer Peripherals or Consumer Electronics into the retail channel . Strong negotiating skills, knowledge of MS Office, forecast and mathematical skills . Exceptional oral and written skills Theres never been a better time to join CA.
