Education/Experience Required: .Minimum of High School Diploma, BS in Engineering preferred .5-10 years of Vertical/Process/Heavy/Civil construction scheduling- Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site and civil .Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling software .Experience analyzing and evaluating schedules to support the timely completion of a project, and claims analysis .Experience evaluating schedule impacts of proposed changes and proposals for extra work .Experience with NYC DEP a plus. Responsibilities/Job Duties .Develop constructability and construction schedules utilizing the project plans specifications and standards. .Analyze existing developed schedules and recommend schedule changes for proposed construction changes .Analyze existing schedules and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on schedule. .Analyze schedules in support of claims analysis .Maintain files to ISO 9001 standards
