Staff Accountant

Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Staff Accountant. This highly visible position is located at our corporate headquarters in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

Duties Include:
- Responsibility for the daily production of interim financial statements with selected ratios.
- Maintain an accounting system for non-company entities and fixed asset software for the tax and AMT books for all corporate entities.
- Prepare reports/returns for commercial property tax returns, franchise taxes, and, intangible taxes.
- File business license/registration renewal applications and required estimated tax payments for federal and state taxes.
- Reconcile various balance sheets and produce interim financial statements with selected ratios.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Two (2) years of experience in a senior accounting position.  
- CPA/public accounting background is a plus.
