The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) role has the day to day system change management and workload management responsibilities to the BCBSM customer. The CDM demonstrates strong knowledge of operational processes, project management methods, system development life cycle and the NASCO Processing System (NPS) or similar healthcare claims processing system. The CDM is responsible for managing the expectations of the customer through his/her actions and communications. Primary responsibility will include system enhancement work management coordination. CSR Process Management Ensures all work follows the appropriate BCBSM, NASCO and vendor process and financial management procedures, while using the appropriate tools, i.e. BCBSM SharePoint, NASCO SharePoint, PDM, NetSuite, CSR Financial Tracker Tool, etc. First point of escalation on process issues Facilitates approvals on CSR work Workflow Management Participates in and makes recommendations for workflow management processes Tracks work throughout the life cycleand reports timeliness and aged issues. Issue Dispute Resolution Identifies and resolves delivery issues. Escalates to Senior Client Delivery Executive and Local Director when necessary Engages appropriate resources and teams for resolution, i.e. finance, delivery, technical, etc. Works in conjunction with on-site Accountant on financial issues Capacity Demand Management (CDM) Works with NASCO CDM group to ensure technical work forecasts are captured, accurate and reflected in appropriate reports. Monitors and analyzes projections of work by reviewing actual numbers to the forecast numbers so that we can understand the cause of any variance. Reviews, monitors and provides IBM monthly CDM reports and adjusts forecasts as business needs change. Contract Management Ensures that NASCO delivery is meeting contract obligations Provides reporting, metrics, etc according to contract obligations. Qualifications:Required Experience and Skills: At least 2 years project management experience Five plus years health care or information technology experience Knowledge and experience in systems delivery life cycles Experience working in customer environment, preferably on-site (Experience working in a multi-vendor delivery model Strong healthcare industry and systems knowledge Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with IT and Operations staff Excellent multi-tasking skills Self-directed Excellent customer relation skills Strong oral and written communication skills If you are interested in joining a dynamic team, work alongside world-class employees and be a part of a learning organization committed to service excellence please apply online:NASCO Career Opportunities.
