Military CI Collections (MCC) Category: 140 - Senior MTS Description: Serve as a Military Counterintelligence Collection course instructor at the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA). Our instructors perform a vital role in support of the Counterintelligence Community, training DoD personnel (special agents) in the fundamentals of planning and conducting Source Operations.). Responsibilities of this highly visible role will have our Instructors responsible for functions such as but not limited to; Course Development, curriculum development, student evaluations and course critiques. Knowledge of in-residence, mobile training, and distance learning via a learning management system (LMS) highly desirable. Requirements: Must be certified in Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations (CFSO) with field experience. Prior graduates of the JCITA CFSO Course or Military Source Operations (MSO) will be considered for this position. Additionally provide ancillary requirements of: Must have knowledge of fundamentals of CI, Force Protection, and military CI operations. Former CI Special Agents are highly desirable. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of or experience with: * Five years experience in Source Operations (MSO, LLSO) * Operational Cycle * Tradecraft * Operational and Intelligence Reporting * Operational Security And must have the following: * Candidate must possess a Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
