Case Manager (RN / LPN)

Duration: 30 Weeks to Permanent (Right to Hire Position.)

Start Date: ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

RN or LPN is a MUST with Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience as RN or LPN.

Claims adjustment, Code Review, Chart Review, UM appeal skills required

Position requires experience reviewing pre-existing conditions and strong decision making skills. 

Case management OR Clinical experience OR Managed Care OR Utilization management experience is highly desired. Any one of the skill is a MUST.

Encoder pro with medical policy experience is preferred.
 
Knowledge of HIPAA/HEDIS is preferred.

Candidate will be given Pre-Test - 2 Scenario will be provided to evaluate Critical thinking and decision making skills during interview session.

There is a need for 15 RN/ LPN where the positions will perform ICU case review as well as simple case reviews.

Training will be provided.

SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS preferred:

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
Utilization Management (UM) Appeal, concurrent review, medical records, RN.
