National Account Manager - AIS Woodbridge, NJ Tracking Code 206819-005 Job Description JOB SUMMARY:- Manages the sales/implementation process for new business within the account, renewal and upselling of additional products/services by performing or coordinating one or more of the following: needs assessment, sales call/product presentation, sales proposals, rate negotiation, providers and benefit comparisons, and negotiate/close business following best practice policies, procedures, and guidelines.- - MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- -Develops and manages successful relationships with assigned group of accounts and various brokers, insurance companies and TPAs - -Ability to work with great deal of autonomy on difficult and complex issues- -Interfaces with internal departments to assist with developing and setting pricing structures- -Interfaces with internal departments to ensure client quality expectations are met- -Coordinates installation and implementation of services sold- -Submits periodic marketing and statistical reports- -Meets or exceeds periodic marketing goals established with supervisor- -Effectively communicates with AIS service providers and managers; shares information to improve client services- -Identifies problems with assigned accounts and facilitates timely solutions- -Coordinates marketing efforts with other account managers on a local and national level- -Additional professional responsibilities as assigned by VP Property and Casualty industry experience is a plus Project management experience is a plus.
