Senior Digital Engineer

Title: Senior Digital Engineer Location: NY, Amityville Req Number: itti-00015206 Position Description: Seek aggressive individual with a BSEE or MSEE, 7+ years experience designing Digital Hardware for Military applications, and the ability to obtain Security Clearance, to join our dynamic engineering team. You must have a strong digital logic design background with VHDL coding and high speed digital design skills, and experience working in a Xilinx ISE design environment with ModelSim for design verification simulation. The ability to develop test benches, conduct timing analysis, and familiarity with embedded processing, the Virtex 5 FPGA platform, DSP, A/D and D/A converters, and hardware communication over a high speed PCI/cPCI/VME interface are a plus. Working knowledge of standard bench test equipment, and ability to conduct hardware verification and debugging also essential, as is a methodical and detail oriented approach to problem solving and excellent written/oral communication skills. Experience in project planning and estimating a plus.
