The Role Bloomberg is offering exciting opportunities in our Human Resources Information Systems department for dynamic, results-oriented individuals with superior problem solving, customer service, communication, and analytical skills. The person in this role will collaborate and partner with the worldwide HR teams to provide exceptional customer service to our employees. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on enhancements and project related activities associated with the PeopleSoft Human Resources Modules as well as internal systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for daily operations support to end users, working on streamlining and improving current processes, project planning and administration, determining business requirements, developing systems specifications, and developing and executing test plans and scripts. Qualifications: - at least 5 years experience as Functional, Functional/Technical, or Business Analysts with PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 or above - Solid project management skills with demonstrated experience in all aspects of the systems implementation lifecycle - Excellent written and verbal communication, and thrive in a fast paced team environment
