Technical Skills and Abilities:

At least 3 years experience in Infor CRM Epiphany Interaction Advisor development tools is necessary.

In-depth knowledge of Infor CRM Epiphany Interaction Advisor solution, including Real-Time Studio, Interaction Advisor Manager and Real-Time Administrator.

In-depth knowledge of RDBMS and strong SQL skills, Oracle preferred

Active role in at least two Interaction Advisor implementations.

Ability to develop complex functions in Interaction Advisor using Java script code

Experience with data warehouse development and ETL methodologies is required

Exposure to Code Management/Change control management procedures

Communicate effectively with business users and gather requirements

Solid interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently or with a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously
