You will plan and conduct product and process development related to Ashland Hercules Water Technologies applications. You will take the technical lead in one or more R&D programs, conduct lab experiments, support trial activity at pilot and commercial scale, solve technical problems, interpret and report results within the Ashland technical and business communities, supervise and coach laboratory assistants, and establish a high level of scientific knowledge. A successful candidate will have a M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. Good communication skills, a pragmatic outlook, and a scientific approach to problem solving are essential. Experience with statistics, design of experiments, and process simulation is desired. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
