Engaged in new business, you'll define and implement sales strategies and plans that will outperform quota and deliver net profit. You will be responsible for presenting and closing HP Consulting services to primarily Federal Agency accounts with targeted focus in the Department of Commerce. You will be involved in the total sales cycle including proposal preparation and presentation, cold calling, new client activation and have the ability to take existing clients to the next level. The successful candidate will have consistently demonstrated the ability to exceed annual quota assignments in excess of 6 million dollars and manage a complex sales cycle and develop new business while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. A minimum of five years experience selling Enterprise Level IT Solutions into the Federal Government, more specifially, Department of Commerce Demonstrated leadership Excellent communication skills Services Technology knowledge (Solutions/Service and emerging technology knowledge) General understanding of market positioning strategies Sales funnel management Create and execute service level agreements to define customer and supplier expectations Experience selling complex, multi business unit, multi-product line, multi-partner, multi-million dollar solutions to the Federal Government Experience interacting with customers at the executive level Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree preferably in computer science or engineering or marketing or equivalent experience Department of Commerce clearance or ability to obtain one
