Key Responsibilities •Develop and implement statistical analyses that increase the efficacy of the company’s online advertising campaigns •Develop and implement cutting edge online advertising targeting algorithms •Design and implement analyses that incorporate custom survey results, web behavior data, campaign performance metrics and information from public databases
Skills •Experience in online advertising analytics, behavioral targeting, online marketing analysis or web analytics required. •Data Mining, statistical modeling and other statistical techniques. •Experience with statistical software such as SPSS or SAS. •Strong analytical and problem solving skills. •Experience with SQL, relational database design and methods for efficiently retrieving data from them. •Experience with survey highly desired. •4-10 years professional experience. •Must be able to maintain a “Big Picture” perspective. •Strong attention to detail and quality. •Must have entrepreneurial spirit and drive, thriving in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing industry. •Master degree or Ph.D preferred.
