Social Network .Net Technical Lead

Excellent opportunity to join an organization and make an immediate positive impact.  The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of developers in a fast paced Agile environment.  This is a unique opportunity to apply .Net and Social Networking technical expertise, business and application knowledge to mentor, motivate and manage a Social Network Development Team.  The .Net technical lead Consulting Solutions Engineer will interface with stakeholders and internal/outsourced resources to develop a technical solutions strategy that will meet or exceed the stakeholders' expectations with a cutting edge Social Networking Medium.   This position will also provide assistance and input to management; and lead large multi-functional development activities; solve complex technical problems, and serve as a senior source of expertise.
Qualifications:
1. Masters degree or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent technical experience

2. Seven years experience

3. Solid understanding of the technologies used within Social Networking Software not limited to but preferred software is Telligent Community Server, .Net 2.0 -3.5, Web Application ie:  Web forms and NOT client server Winforms, Oracle, SQL Server, Agile Methodology.

4. Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance in one or more centers of expertise

5. Ability to lead major technical project design, engineering and integration efforts simultaneously, with attention to detail and closure.  This is a face paced, Agile environment with quick timeframe deliverables.  Candidate must be deadline aware and reactive.

6. Excellent communications skills to be able to communicate with stakeholders and customers on new system features and enhancements
