The Account Manager is responsible for selling AETEA's consulting/staffing services to large clients within an assigned territory or market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Identifies potential buyers of consulting/staffing services and develop business relationships with these buyers. -Achieves predetermined sales and gross profit goals. - Schedules daily meetings / appointments at client sites. - Makes client prospecting calls to identify new business opportunities. -Develops a thorough understanding of the technical environments for each client. -Identifies client consulting needs, generates valid requirements and makes staffing placement in those environments. -Communicates effectively with and coordinate with Technical Recruiters on specifics of requirements. -Screens candidates for requirements and makes presentations to clients. - Develops and implements client and territory penetration plans. -Negotiates agreements with clients to provide consulting services. -Prepares and submits required sales reports and forecasts. -Remarkets available AETEA consultants. -Participates in client proposal development process. -Assists in collections on receivable as necessary.
Qualifications: 1 to 3 years staffing industry sales or recruiting experience Proven ability to qualify and close clients and candidates Strong negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and verbal skills Proven interviewing and writing skills Ability to function in a team environment
