Reports to: Manager, Customer Care
Experience Required:
2+ years Project Management experience (5 + years combined BA and PM experience) in analysis, requirements definition, participation in building solutions and deployment of business requirements.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present themselves and their ideas well, lead meetings, and work with people at various levels within and outside of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Proven ability to be successful working on multiple projects at once under the direction of multiple managers or within a matrix organization.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, make cost effective business decisions, and work as a liaison between internal and external clients.
Must have a desire to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bachelors Degree
