This position will provide support and implementation service to school district representatives to assist them in making excellent data driven decisions using a proven technology platform and other Riverside product offerings. The focus is to provide quality service and training to ensure the renewal of the contract year to year. This position will be charged with converting all school representatives into enthusiastic users so theyll continue to utilize RPC services and will be the main point of contact, issue resolution and escalation for Buffalo, NY. Requirements BA/BS; 3 years of teaching experience or corporate training experience; Experience with data interpretation in educational environment; and experience managing customers/projects in a K-12 environment. Preferred: MA/MS; Experience implementing school initiatives and programs, including project management of such initiatives; Experience utilizing adult learning theories in training situations; proficiency with standard office and online software solutions.
