Senior SQL Server Developer

Looking for a talented professional to join our software development team as a hands on Microsoft SQL Server developer.  This individual will be expected to design and develop software programs or substantial sections of programs of moderate to high level of complexity for our hosted marketing solutions.  Candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and technical guidance with our ETL, data storage & retrieval, and security strategies and initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years hands on experience in large enterprise scale database solutions.
• Commanding knowledge of database design.
• Expert level experience with ETL strategies, in particular with SSIS.
• Extensive experience with database and query tuning.
• Solid experience with dimensional modeling.
• Experience with design patterns is a plus.
• Highly analytical problem solver.
• Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimal direction.
• Demonstrate a desire to remain current with industry technologies and standards.
