Database Marketing Director

Ability to lead a team of marketing professionals and work effectively in directing and managing multiple projects and assignments requiring excellent project and time management skills, significant interaction with others outside of the department, as well as a strong background in database marketing, business intelligence and CRM, at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or equivalent with a minimum of eight years business experience in a related field.
Experience working with a CRM software solution such as PeopleSoft, Amdocs or Epiphany.

Significant experience conducting statistical modeling (e.g., response, regression and predictive modeling) combined with a high level of proficiency in relational databases and statistical/business intelligence software including SQL, Access, Excel, SAS, SPSS, CIS and OLAP tools.

Significant experience conducting database marketing and business analysis including data mining, customer profiling and segmentation, marketing sizing and forecasting.

Working knowledge of HBX, Google Analytics, WebTrends and other popular Web analytic tools, Web based testing processes, as well as programming languages such as Perl, C/C++, CGI, Java, ASP, VBScript and PHP.

Solid knowledge of marketing theory and practice.

Must be a team player with excellent collaboration skills and be a self-motivated, energetic, creative independent thinker.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Strong  planning and organization skills.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Effective presentation skills.

Excellent desktop computing skills including Microsoft Office.
