We are seeking a Genesys Framework specialist with extensive experience installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of Genesys products in a heterogeneous environment. This person must have successfully implemented and maintained intelligent routing strategies, queue and agent definitions, and VDN configurations in a Genesys 7.5 environment with multiple call centers connected through Nortel and Aspect switches. This person will also need experience successfully implementing InfoMart, softphones, attached data to CTI screen pop, Workforce Manager, and Email. The existing environment also includes a Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) IVR system utilizing IP servers and Nuance speech recognition, which the person filling this role will be expected to help maintain.
This position is for a technical expert on the Genesys products identified above, working with an existing team to implement new products and features while maintaining the existing applications and configurations. Existing projects include: support the migration of one call center from a Nortel switch to Aspect, implement Genesys Email routing with InfoMart and CCPulse reporting, and regular routing and menu change requests.
