Job Responsibilities/Project Details
Need an Expert-Level Consultant to work in an Operations / Production Environment. Should have experience with Monitoring Large Projects – specifically Infrastructure, Applications and Customer Experience.
Need to have demonstrated the ability to define requirements, develop a plan, develop and implement: testing and monitoring solutions.
Should be very familiar with: SNMP, Concord SysEDGE, Concord eHealth, HP Openview, CA Wily Introscope
Need to provide end to end monitoring requirements, troubleshooting guides, methods & procedures, contacts/escalation points, asset inventory, configuration detail, operations training, transition planning detail, and managing the implementation and management of SLAs/OLAs/Ucs
Act as top tier escalation point to help application and technical teams restore service immediately in the event of outage, identify root cause, and manage to close.
Designing and managing the successful implementation of end to end operations support for new technology products and services
