IM Risk Management Analyst

Key responsibilities
An outline of the key outcomes/deliverables that an individual will be held accountable for and the major activities/ tasks involved.  Include the % of time spent on each responsibility. Total of percent should equal 100 %.

• Delivering Results.  As directed, responsible for supporting the maintenance of the ongoing monitoring and reporting processes that help mitigate risk and ensure an effective control environment across: SOX, General IT Controls and GXP.
• Customer Facing.  Engage the business and understand business priorities and associated risks.  Identify risk-mitigating options that enable/ enhance business outcomes.  When possible, identify opportunities for improvement across SOX, GXP and General IT Controls.  Support BRM roadmap development and ensure all IM roadmaps are aligned with Endo’s enterprise risk assessment.
• Operations.  Support the following activities as directed by IM Sr. Risk Manager: Vendor audits, security reviews and monitoring and Business Continuity/Disaster recovery.
• Management.  Responsible for participating in required management activities including, but not necessarily limited to:
• Performance Mgmt Process (including ongoing people mgmt and development) % of effort

Skills:

IT background with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding expectations.  Skills required include some combination of:
• Fundamentals of IT
• Application development
• IT operations
• Change control
• Disaster recovery and business continuity
• Security
• GXP and/or Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Project Management
• Process Orientation

Education/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in IT security, controls, general auditing and/or risk management is a plus
• 4 years of IT experience, with 2 years in project management
• 2 years of Pharmaceutical and/or GXP experience a plus but not required
